Introducing the 2026 SBT GRVL p/b Wahoo Junior Scholarship Program:
A new initiative designed to help young riders enter the world of gravel racing and gain valuable exposure to the broader cycling community on the world stage.
Applications are now open through February 14th, 2026, and six junior athletes, three young women and men under the age of 19 will be selected to receive complimentary entries to race the SBT GRVL® Black Course on June 28, 2026.
No prior race experience or official team affiliation is required.
Selected athletes will have the opportunity to take on the renowned SBT GRVL® Black Course, a demanding and iconic route that showcases the rugged terrain and beauty of Routt County. Scholarship recipients are encouraged to share their personal stories through the application process, including why they want to race in Steamboat Springs and what they hope to accomplish throughout the 2026 season and into the future.
